How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We are against fast fashion, so each hat is made to order. Hats can take up to 2 weeks to complete, as they are made to order and handcrafted individually. Our team will keep you updated on the status of you order.

Everything else that is ready and in stock will be shipped out within one business day.

What shipping options do you offer?

We use Fedex Express for international orders and local courier services for local orders.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Each hat is made specifically for each customer, so we strongly suggest you give all the correct measurements when ordering. We cannot be liable for mistakes made from the customer's part, but feel free to get in touch if there are any issues and we'll see what we can do from our side to fix them.

All other items can be exchanged.

What is the difference between wool felt and fur felt?

Wool has slightly coarser fibers than the fur felt which has softer and much finer fibers making it much more durable and water resistant.

 

Are there other hat shape options?

We can make almost any shape you like, if there's something specific you had in mind please feel free to get in touch and we'll see what we can do. 

 

How do I track the status of my order?

Once you place your order online, we process it from our side. Hats are made to order and can take up to two weeks to complate, we will keep you up to date with the progress of your order via email. Once your hat is completed, a tracking number will be sent with each order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa and Mastercard are the primary payment methods we accept. If you are unable to use either of these methods, get in touch and we'll find a solution.

 

Do you offer bulk or wholesale prices?

If you are looking to buy wholesale/ bulk please get in touch, we can definitely discuss wholesale pricing.

What is your sizing chart?

Your head size will be the circumference of your head just above your ears, around the middle of your forehead around the widest part of the back of your head in centimeters. If unsure please feel free to reach out.

Can I customize or personalize the apparel?

Yes! All hats are customizable, please add a note when purchasing something off the website if you'd like to add or change something. For completely custom orders please send us an email with what you have in mind and we will get back to you with options.

How do I care for and wash the apparel?

We suggest trying to avoid getting your hat wet as much as possible. The fur felt hats are water resistant and durable, but we don't suggest getting them sopping wet as they may soften over time. If the brim mis-shapes use a steam iron to reshape it to your liking. If your hat gets dirty we suggest gently rubbing the dirty area with fine sand paper.
