How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We are against fast fashion, so each hat is made to order. Hats can take up to 2 weeks to complete, as they are handcrafted individually. Our team will keep you updated on the status of you order.


What shipping options do you offer?

We use FedEx express.


What is your return/exchange policy?

Each hat is made specifically for each customer, so we strongly suggest you give all the correct measurements when ordering. We cannot be liable for mistakes made from the customer's part, but feel free to get in touch and we'll see what we can do from our side.

 

Do you only make fedora hats? 

We can make almost any shape you like, if there's something specific you had in mind please feel free to get in touch and we'll see what we can do. We will be adding more apparel as soon as its ready to go and perfect.

 

How do I track the status of my order?

Tracking numbers will be sent with each order.


What payment methods do you accept?

Visa and Mastercard are the primary payment methods we accept. If you are unable to use either of these methods, get in touch and we'll find a solution.

 

Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?

If you are looking to buy wholesale/ bulk please get in touch, we can definitely discuss discounts.


What is your sizing chart?

Your head size will be the circumference of your head just above your ears, around the middle of your forehead around the widest part of the back of your head in centimeters. If unsure please feel free to reach out.


Can I customize or personalize the apparel?

For any customization, please get in touch.


How do I care for and wash the apparel?

The wool felt hats have all been treated with scotch guard making them somewhat liquid resistant, however not liquid proof. We suggest trying to avoid getting them wet as much as possible. The fur felt hats are extremely weather proof and durable, but we don't suggest getting them sopping wet as they may soften over time. If the brim mis shapes use a steam iron to reshape it to your liking. If your hat gets dirty we suggest a damp cloth and a hat brush to clean it.


Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

Are the feathers ethically sourced?

We make donations to wildlife sanctuaries, in exchange they collect feathers for us which are naturally and sustainably sourced from the sanctuary. No animal cruelty whatsoever is involved.
